Common questions

Before you ask

Do we have to leave the portals?

No. Portals bring you guests who have never heard of you, and that is worth paying for. Hesty is how returning guests book directly instead — without the commission.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends how much data moves across. The longest part is usually not technical: it is deciding what your rates and cancellation terms should actually be.

Do we have to take every module?

No. The core is shared and modules switch on according to what your property does. You do not pay for what you do not use.

Can we run Hesty ourselves?

Yes. Alongside the subscription there is a one-time licence for running it on your own infrastructure.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. Export is part of the system, not a paid extra.
